 Mission & Goals

Human Resources Office provides the necessary services to support the organizational goals and objectives. The WPI community operates within the philosophy that university goals can best be met by the effective management and development of its human resources by providing a work environment which considers the dynamics of human values and relationships, thereby producing a relationship of mutual value and benefit. It is also a goal of the university to encourage all employees to realize their fullest potential, to assist them to function more effectively, and to help them reach levels of performance commensurate with their abilities and ambitions.
